I have worked as a Clinical Neuropsychologist for almost 30 years and a general psychologist for almost 15 years. As a Clinical Neuropsychologist I have a strong appreciation of the brain and its influence on thinking, behaviour, and mood. As a psychologist I have used a range of psychological modalities to help people overcome anxiety, depression, adjustment disorder, post-traumatic stress, relationship issues, poor self-esteem, and low confidence. I am now excited to also have TRTPTM in my therapeutic toolkit.
TRTPTM helps people who are suited to the process, and who are committed to ‘being the best they can be’ reset to a state of calm – so that they feel more able to live life to their potential.
TRTPTM helps to take the 'sting' out of old events so that people feel free to choose positive action, instead being constrained by fear or uncertainty.
It is a joy to help people gain enjoyment, energy, build confidence, achieve healthy relationships, increase productivity, and be more present in life - and to feel emotionally stronger so that they are better able to respond to life's challenges.
Sometimes clients ask for help beyond TRTPTM to help them harness life-skills that they have not yet had opportunity to practice, but for many clients, liberation from patterns of control developed in response to distressing life events is all that is needed for them to take control of their lives.
Please feel free to contact me on 0405 660 993 or at firstname.lastname@example.org to learn more about TRTPTM, and to discuss whether it is a good fit for you.
